This is a triptych based on the Platonic Solids which The Ancient Greeks called the Atoms of the Universe as they form the basis of all structure.

This piece is made up of a combination of natural and dyed veneers.  The polygon is set in a radial background of a variety of natural veneers with a sand shaded motif in dyed American Tulip.  The piece is set into a brass frame.

This is part of a limited run of 10 pictures.  Each one is numbered and varies slightly owing to the different species of veneers and colours used.
