This piece of marquetry incorporates a combination of dyed and natural veneers including American Walnut, Swiss Pear, American Tulip, Ripple Sycamore and Birdseye Maple amongst others and features 24 carat gold leaf. The skull is set in a radial background of Quartered American Walnut featuring a bleached effect. The piece is mounted on 15mm board with Walnut edges.
